PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
For what purpose and for how long will we process your personal data?
COMMONMS will process the user’s data, manually and/or automated, for the following specific purposes:
– Manage the contracting of services through the Platform, as well as the corresponding billing and delivery.
– Periodically send electronic communications about services, events, and news related to our professional activity, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or revokes their consent.
– Periodically send commercial and/or promotional information related to the contracted services sector and value-added for end users, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or revokes their consent.
– Carry out anonymous statistical reports regarding access habits and activity carried out by users on the Platform.
– Create a commercial profile of the user and carry out commercial actions tailored to it, using their data derived from the management of purchased products (navigation data, access habits, traffic), unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or revokes their consent. In the event that you send us your CV or apply for the different job offers we may publish, we will process your data in order to assess and manage your job application and, if applicable, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of personnel, in order to offer you positions that fit your profile. Unless otherwise indicated, the provision of the required data is necessary, so its non-provision will prevent the continuity of the selection process.
– Fulfill the legally established obligations, as well as verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.
What categories of data do we process?
Based on the aforementioned purposes, COMMONMS processes the following categories of data:
– Identifying data: name, surnames, postal address, email address, postal code, telephone.
– Academic and professional data: training/qualifications, student history, work experience, membership in professional associations or colleges, in the case of selection processes.
– Traffic and location data.
Metadata of electronic communications.
– Commercial information data.
– Economic, financial, banking data.
The requested personal data are mandatory, so the refusal to provide them will make it impossible to provide the contracted services.The user guarantees that the provided data are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation. In the event that the user provides third-party data, they declare to have the consent of the third parties and undertake to transfer them the information contained in this clause, exempting COMMONMS from any liability in this regard. However, COMMONMS may carry out the verifications to verify this fact, adopting the due diligence measures that correspond, in accordance with data protection regulations.
How long do we keep your data?
COMMONMS will keep the personal data of users only for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected, unless the consents granted are revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the periods established by law.
The data you provide us, as a result of the job offers you want to subscribe to, will be kept for one year, from the date of the last update. After this period, if they have not been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you indicate otherwise.
What security measures do we implement to take care of your data?
From COMMONMS’s commitment to the protection of personal data and the privacy of users, and in order to protect the different types of data reflected in this privacy policy, the necessary technical security measures will be implemented to prevent their loss, manipulation, disclosure, or alteration, as indicated below:
– Encryption of communications between the user’s device and COMMONMS servers.
– Encryption of information on COMMONMS servers themselves.
– Other measures to prevent third-party access to user data.
In cases where COMMONMS has service providers for the maintenance of the platform located outside the European Union, these international transfers have been regularized in accordance with COMMONMS’s commitment to the protection, integrity, and security of users’ personal data.
USER RIGHTS
What rights does the interested party have?

– Revoke the consents granted.
– Obtain confirmation as to whether COMMONMS is processing personal data concerning you or not.

– Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
