Over the years, this commitment to society can be seen in a series of actions that have become part of our day-to-day operations with a view to improving the life of others.
  • JOSEP CARRERAS FOUNDATION

    Together in the fight against leukaemia

    Common actively collaborates with and sponsors a range of associations, including the Josep Carreras Foundation, set up more than 25 years ago with the aim of making leukaemia a 100% curable disease. The Josep Carreras Foundation research centre is the only centre in Europe and one of the few in the world dedicated exclusively to the field of malignant blood diseases.

    For several years, we have been a VIP partner of this foundation, which fights every day to help individuals with leukaemia, and children in particular, as their only chance in life lies in science and solidarity.

  • ALADINA FOUNDATION

    The ‘Big Hug’ Campaign

    Created in 2005 to provide all-round support to children, teenagers, cancer patients and their families and relatives, the Aladina Foundation offers psychological and emotional care and material aid.

    Since 2016, Common has donated 10% of its profits from the sale of its ECH platform licences to the “Big Hug” Campaign, which was set in motion with the aim of completely refurbishing the paediatric ICU at the Niño Jesús Hospital in Madrid. This dream came true at the end of 2016, with the foundation investing a total of €1,300,000.

  • FAMMA

    Helping people with disabilities into work

    Common collaborates with the Federation of Associations for People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (FAMMA) of the Community of Madrid. This organisation represents the interests of more than 203,000 individuals with physical or organic disabilities, and their families.

    Working hand in hand with its Training and Employment department, we have contributed and supported Famma in helping people with disabilities into the world of work, and we are lucky to have one of these professionals in our team of consultants.
